Eat right.

Had training this morning. Wex and my sister trained with us. Sayang nga eh, di masyado nakakapagod training kanina andun pa naman sila ate. Sayang, dapat napagod sila. Hahaha. XD Anyway, my dad fetched me at school after training then we took our lunch at Jollibee. Pero di na namin kasama si ate, may lakad kasi siya. XD

I wanna jog later!!!! Kasi naman parang di ako napagod kanina. Kumain pa naman kami ng Kebab last night at Behrouz, Timog with my sister, Apple, Noemi, Taj, and Kuya Day who paid everything. Thanks Kuya Day! XD Grabe ang saraaaaaap! XD Lalo na yung brain and yung humus at yung mutable na rin. Hehehe. XD Tsaka yung liver, ang saraaaap! D'best. Naka 2 rounds kaming lahat. Kaya feeling ko, I really need to jog later kasi pakiramdam ko di na burn yung kinain ko. Hahaha. XD Tapos night swim ulit. Hahaha. XD Tapos di na ko kakain after para diet!! Hahahahaha. XD But seriously, I need to lose weight. I need to jump higher, I need to approach faster and I really need to improve my volleyball skills. Grabe, onti onti na kong nagiging desperado which is a good thing for me. XD Kaya kailangan talaga mag diet.. starting now. Hindi pala diet, eat right lang. Wag dapat matakaw at wag gluttony kasi kasalanan rin yun. Hahaha. I need to eat more good carbo and reduce eating bad sugar like chocolates and other sweets. Basta mga junk food rin bawal na dapat. Hahahahaha. XD Pero kung may mga gusto diyan pumayat tapos athlete kayo, mag liquid diet kayo. Yan ang sabi ng aming coach. Yun talaga, nakasanayan ko na. (Yes!) Drink a lot of water and stop drinking softdrinks or juice. Kasi alam niyo ba na ang isang baso ng regular ice tea, 150 calories na ata yun or mas madami pa. Aba, mahirap na yun iburn noh. Eh pag water, wala ni isang calorie at healthy pa. Hahahahaha! XD Umiinom lang ako ng iba pag no choice na talaga. Teka nga, ano ba toh, ano ba tong topic ko. Hahahaha. Kung ano ano na sinasabi ko. Hahaha. Basta mag jojog ako mamaya para maburn yung kinain ko kagabi at kanina. Hahahaha. XD Remind nyo ko, baka makalimutan ko. Hahaha. XD

Pero eto na talaga, seryosohan na toh. Eat right talaga. Kailangan ko gumaling. Hahahaha. XD At marami pa kong plano. Hahaha. XD Basta remind niyo ko lagi. Hahaha. XD
